Reiki is Energy

Energy is often described by various different words, like chi, vibration, magnetism, bioenergetics, aura, etc.

Reiki is a field of practice which has generally evolved from the laying of hands healing.

Some basic premises of Reiki include that the body is made of energy, that energy flows through the body, each individual holds their own vibrational energy, energy of bodies can be changed, energy can be influenced by our conscious thought, and energy can be guided to influence other energy fields beyond our own. Reiki is a system which can be taught, learned, and attuned to by a master where energy is guided to influence positive healing within and beyond our self. This raises the energy of both giver and receiver of Reiki. A unique aspect of Reiki opposed to some forms of energy work is that Reiki is not a horizontal movement of energy, or transactional. Reiki is channeled energy directly from the source. It is traditionally seen and described as divine energy and is not limited to a particular belief or faith. Any religious beliefs may be held by both practitioner and receiver of Reiki. The premise of source is that some may call it God, it simply is the source, the energy we all come from and which binds us all together.

Reiki can be physically and extra-physically felt. It can be described like magnets moving through the body, sensations of movement without visible movement. Forces interacting and feelings of lightness and warmth are common during Reiki treatments, even if there is no physical contact.

Crystals are High Vibrational Stones

Many people are drawn to crystals because they are able to detect energy when holding the stones. A feeling of different vibration coming from the stone compared to everything else around.

Crystals seem to hold special vibrational energies which can be harnessed and utilized for healing and conscious development. Each stone holds a different vibration and if a person attunes themselves with the crystal they can often heal their own energy by raising to the higher vibration of the stone.

Crystals can be set in patterns where energy interacts and builds together in a crystal grid. These grids placed in appropriate areas can influence the energy of a space and the people within it.
