Mobile Services

My service rate is $2 per minute. 

• Standard appointment times are 60 minute ($120) and 90 minute ($180) sessions. For all mobile sessions I require a minimum of a 60 minute booking. The maximum session length is 120 minutes ($240). I do accept longer bookings on request, or if scheduling for multiple people in one location. 

• My business is independent and mobile, so I come to you and facilitate healing in the comfort of your own home and space! I bring with me all the tools of the trade to provide a top quality service. 

• I provide services to all of Orange County.

• Since my service is mobile it is by appointment only. 

• Please schedule at least one day in advance.

  • Services can be scheduled same day with as little as 4 hours advanced notice based on availability shown in the online calendar. 

    • Note: Any appointment scheduled and cancelled within the 6 hour advanced notice of cancellation will be subject to the cancellation policy.

Tipping

I always believed tipping shouldn't be expected. 

I set my rate and since I am self employed, that pay goes directly to me (minus credit card fees and ongoing operating costs). I want to be clear that tipping is not required. However, I will ALWAYS greatly appreciate it. It means so much more to me when a client does tip, when they know it isn't expected. If you feel you had a fantastic session with me and you get up and feel light as a feather, let me know! Then tip if you feel generous and thankful!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• 6 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

• No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without sending notification of cancelation for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 85% for their missed appointment.

• Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect please plan accordingly and be on time.

My Responsibility to You 

If I arrive late to a session I will offer to extend the session to the full time. If it must be cut short I will only charge for treatment minutes at my $2 per minute rate. 

Note: Many spas and therapists charge including time for setup and wrap up. I only charge for treatment minutes. 

This means if you book 60 minutes with me, that 60 minutes means 60 minutes. Time starts when I begin the treatment, not my driving time, when I arrive, set up the table, or start talking. I proceed with the treatment until 60 minutes is up, then the service ends and I wrap up. For this reason I include buffer time on either end of scheduled treatments to setup and wrap up.
